Huh, adult Eddie from the It miniseries is in this. Did not see that coming.

The Murders in the Rue Morgue (1986 tv movie)
Never read the story from Edgar Allan Poe, so the ending was so god damn unexpected. Lol.
3.5/5

Yeah there's no real reason this should've won over Raiders of the Lost Ark. It's fine, but like Ordinary People, it does not measure up at all to what it beat. Not even a smidgen.

Raiders is definitely more deserving.DancesWithWerewolves wrote:Yeah there's no real reason this should've won over Raiders of the Lost Ark. It's fine, but like Ordinary People, it does not measure up at all to what it beat. Not even a smidgen.

Anyone know where I can watch "An Incovenient Woman" TV miniseries? It has no DVD release and the VHS goes for 30 bucks.

Tom Jones (1963)
This is definitely not the tone I was expecting out of a Best Picture winner. A satire?

Oh, and I think young David Warner is actually creepier than the older David Warner I'm used to.

Woah, Tony is Benjamin Horne on Twin Peaks...
*mind blown*
I already knew of Russ Tamblyn...but I wasn't expecting multiple people from West Side Story on Twin Peaks.

And God Created Woman (1988)
Really not a bad movie at all. Good 80s music, and Rebecca de Mornay is in it. Can't go wrong.

That is the movie that made me heart Rebecca de Mornay. And yes......I jerked it to this movie, circa 1989.Jason wrote:And God Created Woman (1988)

The Hand That Rocks the Cradle was the movie that did it for me. She is also sexy as hell in Guilty as Sin and Never Talk to Strangers.Jason wrote:And God Created Woman (1988)
