I have the same boxset, only blue instead of red, and it works on a region 1 player. I imagine Tigg's will as well.

The red flag I get when I see that picture is the motion picture rating on the bottom. Those are BBFC ratings (British Board of Film Classification). Most of those are region 2. But sometimes you can get lucky enough that it'll have regions 1-3, or be region free. The blue one you have is the American release, for sure.

I ended up looking on amazon and I think I found the one Tigg bought, which luckily plays on all regions.

But mine has the same BBFC ratings on the box. So I think it's that same thing.

Yeah, had Scream Factory put out a steelbook of it then when they released their blu ray, I'd have gotten it, but they didn't. I don't like double dipping just because they release the same discs later but with cooler cases.

Just shopping around for a copy. Geez. Steelbook is a price jump. I don't need a tin can that bad. I have a steelbook of something else...Chainsaw? Thing? Can't remember which one it was. I think it is dented now. I'm rough with stuff.

They only make so many copies, so when they start to sell out and run out of print the price skyrockets.

Amazon right now is asking for $300 if you want Demons. They only made 3,000 copies and I got lucky with one.
