Re: What are you watching?
Had high hopes and enjoyed it as much as I expected to. I'm 15 minutes into Demons 2 and I'm liking it just as much if not more than the first so far... But it's early...Jmac Attack wrote:What did ya think? I love that movie.Jason wrote:Demons (1985)
First. Time. Viewing.
Gonna bust out my rare, $300 out of print blu ray. One of those movies I've just never popped in, but probably should have 15 years ago. Now I'm doing it.
Re: What are you watching?
Great practical effects in both of these movies. And I guess I gave undeserved credit to The Ring for making famous the "killer entering through the TV" thing...
Re: What are you watching?
making famous and being the first to do it are not the same thing. demons is like the black christmas or bay of blood. to the ring's halloween or friday the 13th, in that regard.Jason wrote:Great practical effects in both of these movies. Re: What are you watching?
I watched Demons yesterday its sort of a comfort movie for me
Re: What are you watching?
Jason did you already know the little girl who hides in the car in Demons 2 was Asia Argento before watching
Re: What are you watching?
I thought the Ring did it first. I knew she was in it before watching, but didn't know who she was. That's pretty neato.Tiggnutz wrote:Jason did you already know the little girl who hides in the car in Demons 2 was Asia Argento before watching

Re: What are you watching?
Very good analogy, zombs. Just not befitting of the Ring, because it's the elevator in the outhouse, baby, elevator in the outhouse. *I need fistpounds from anyone who genuinely knows the reference*zombie wrote:making famous and being the first to do it are not the same thing. demons is like the black christmas or bay of blood. to the ring's halloween or friday the 13th, in that regard.Jason wrote:Great practical effects in both of these movies. it's possible the ring shares that distinction with friday the 13th?Reign in Blood wrote:Very good analogy, zombs.
