I dont dislike it it's just an average movie with one classic scene. I respect its reputation and fanbase it just doesn't do anything for meJason wrote:Well, Tigg didn't like it. :pzombie wrote:we'll just have to disagree on what made it work, and just agree that it did work.Jason wrote:I just think intimidation was the primary drawing point in Maniac and Joe Spinell delivered brilliantly.

This movie has 3 Bond girls and the actor who played Rene Mathis in 2 Bond films. Very coolTiggnutz wrote:The Black Belly of the Tarantula

Your Vice is a Locked Room and Only I Have the Key
This should of been on my must see list I've been hunting for it. Amazon Prime has really stepped up its giallo catalog.

Anyone who hasn't watched Peaky Blinders and has Netflix, I highly recommend it. Cillian Murphy, San Neill, and Tom Hardy are perfect. The whole cast is great.

What would you compare it to? I will try to find a trailer for it.Monster wrote:Anyone who hasn't watched Peaky Blinders and has Netflix, I highly recommend it. Cillian Murphy, San Neill, and Tom Hardy are perfect. The whole cast is great.
Re: What are you watching?
My daughter compared it Sons of Anarchy. I haven't seen that show, so I can't say for sure. But it's about small time hoods trying to build up their organization in early 20th century England. Their gang is called Peaky Blinders because they stick razor blades in their newsboy caps and swing them at people's eyes. Fucking wild.Jmac Attack wrote:What would you compare it to? I was hoping for a lot more from that one. I don't know if I found it weird, but I definitely thought it was weak.Tiggnutz wrote:This was the weakest of the 4 movies I watched todayTiggnutz wrote:Weird even by giallo standardsTiggnutz wrote:Your Vice is a Locked Room and Only I Have the Key

I've not seen Black Belly of the Tarantula yet (been on my To-See list for around 15 years), but I've owned A Blade in the Dark on DVD for quite some time, and I enjoy that one well enough.
For my thoughts on the horror films I've seen, please look here: https://jigsawshorrorcorner.wordpress.com/

Miss Congeniality.
I watched it 100 times when it came out. Been a few years, so I decided to remedy that. Shut up, it's good.

Brain Damage (1988). Didnt think we had seen this one. Pretty sure I did on USA's Up! All Night. Amber said the same thing. Digging it. Remember some things, some I don't.
