The one thing that is way out of whack with serial killers compared to society is that they are gay/trans at much higher rates than their societal peers. Like when you know it is a character put there with a political agenda rather than to best service the story.
what characters are put into current fiction that don't best serve the story? give me some examples?
For instance, removing the muslim terrorist and the trans killer. That is done not for the story, but for PC.
