Yeah surgery sucks. I have had three in my lifetime, some were worse than others. A week off for recovery isn't bad. Just enjoy the down time.

i don't recall how many she watched, but i can attest that it is possible to watch an insane amount of films over the course of the month if you sacrifice all of your time and most of your sleep and sanity to do so. :P

havok and slaughter had similar numbers too. and i think slaughter would have beat us, but he called it quits after a certain point. at least as far as counting what he was watching.

I don't remember what I did(300 something), just that I had prepared by making theme days to make things interesting. Ended it because I ran out of ideas for themes, I think.

My personal record of movies watched is 69 with a total of 108 hours, 26 minutes. And that was when I was unemployed and had all the free time in the world.

I don't know what it is, but as much of an introvert/home body I am, I can't bring myself to watch more than maybe 3 movies in a day. I have to be up and moving around, doing something. I think a big part of it is when I watch a movie, I really force myself to sit down and give it a crazy amount of attention. I wouldn't count a movie that I have on in the background as I'm doing other things.

Personal best is 127 films watched and I felt like I was pushed to my max. I don't think I watched another horror movie for 2 months afterwards.

I have a framed black and white poster of Clint Eastwood in my movie room. My daughter is completely convinced that it's me. As I've gotten older the resemblance is a bit more prominent in his earlier movies I suppose, but it's always nice to feel cooler than you actually are. lol. If I had the hairline I had 15 years ago I might can pull off a decent enough Halloween costume.

I honestly can't remember the most I got in a month - maybe 275? I feel like it was something similar to that.
For my thoughts on the horror films I've seen, please look here: https://jigsawshorrorcorner.wordpress.com/
