ProTip: Using obscure acts, treaties, and antiquated unenforced laws as some sort of evidence makes you look like a puppet with no mind of your own. You can find a law against anything if you look hard enough, and quoting some legal wanker someone shared on facebook because he is telling you what you want to hear just gives away that you are a partisan hack.
We are not going to prosecute anyone for the Logan Act anymore than we are going to prosecute someone for having anal sex with their wife, despite those laws still being on the books.
